This summer I was lucky enough to get to meet Darcie Elliott, a Portland photographer, and her two sweet children.  When she asked if I would be interested in doing a session for them, of course I jumped at the opportunity.

Welcome to Travel Town!

You may remember this family from this session back in April.   It still amazes me how quickly kids grow and change.  Patrick just turned 3 and Nicholas is already 4 months old.  Really, where did the time go?

Here’s my littlest buddy!

And Nicholas, all ready for the Angels game! (of course I’d prefer Cardinals gear ; ))

First of all, how is it already August?  Didn’t 2010 just start a few weeks ago?  I can’t believe how the time flies by.  Just look at this little guy.

You may remember Dominic from his newborn session and his three month session.  And I can hardly believe we just did his SIX month session!

Not only is Dominic absolutely adorable, he has the SWEETEST personality.  He made this session so much fun!

AND he loves baseball.  A man after my own heart.

Big news for Dominic and his family, he’s going to be a big brother!

I can’t believe how this little guy has changed from his first two sessions!  Can’t wait to see the changes to come.

If this first photo doesn’t tell you how much fun the D family was, I don’t know what would.  I seriously had a blast hanging out with them.  Little Michael is a ball of energy.. if only I could bottle that…. hm…

Of course Mom and Dad had a get a few of just the two of them.  They were high school sweethearts!  It is so cute to see a couple still so totally in love after so much time.

In case you couldn’t tell from the previous photos, Michael is ALL boy.  I just loved his baseball cap and shirt (even if it is a Dodgers hat… bleh) He also loves cars and dirt, like I said, alllll boy.

You can’t tell me this isn’t a beautiful family.  They are such sweet people with two amazing boys!

Meet Patrick.

Patrick is two years old.

He likes pinecones.

And flowers.

And we totally fell in love with each other.  He is absolutely the SWEETEST little boy and says my name SO cute.  He would be running around giggling and race over to me, yelling my name, hug my legs and say “Hi Shannon!  Good to meet you!!”  I melt.

He also has an adorable baby brother, Nicholas, whom he adores.

Nicholas got sleepy… poor little guy.

So Patrick and I played a while longer.

I had SO much fun with this family and especially little Patrick.  His mother says he keeps asking about me and wouldn’t stop talking about me that night!  TOO cute.  Of course I’m not much better, I can’t stop talking about how adorable and fun he was either!
