stephanie + corey :: engaged :: st louis, mo

Being in St Louis in the spring is always an adventure.  One week it can be snowing four inches while the next, 65 degrees sunny.   One day you will have the heat full blast, whilst the next you’re debating if you should turn on your air conditioning while laying half clothed with the ceiling fan spinning above rapidly above your head. Being back in my hometown makes me realize how spoiled I’ve become by sunshine, flip-flop weather, and cloudless, clear blue skies as I live my enjoyable life in Southern CA.

Luckily, we had lovely weather for this engagement session that is near to my heart.  Steph and I have been friends since 1st grade.  I was so excited when she told me she was engaged to Corey and gave me the honor of being her wedding photographer.   This session has me all the more excited for their Florida wedding later this year.  (as if I weren’t already excited enough)

I showed Corey this photo after I took it.  His eyes went wide as he turned to Steph and said, “You are so beautiful.”  That, is love.
