erin + leigh :: sonoma wedding photographer

We love winery weddings.  That unbeatable, gorgeous light filtered through grape vines, the crisp clean air, and of course the delicious wine!  Erin & Leigh flew all the way from Australia to wed at the breathtaking Viansa Winery in Sonoma, California.  Erin spent many a year in Northern California so when she met her Australian husband, she knew exactly where would be best to start new their life together.  Their closest friends & family gathered in Viansa’s candle-lit wine cellar for a very touching & intimate ceremony, perfect on this exceptionally windy day.  They also tied together elements from both their continents in their dessert bar.  If you have a chance to try an Australian “yo-yo” (similar to a shortbread cookie) we highly recommend it!

It was such a pleasure getting to capture this stunning day for Erin & Leigh!  We wish them many, many years of happiness together in their new home in Melbourne, Australia.
