Although I typically shoot in Los Angeles, Alexa and I have been friends since college and she wanted me there with my camera for her day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/k+c-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Alexa and Charles are the perfect pair.  They are so in love and complete each other in a ways that are almost mysterious to me.  It was truly remarkable to see them commit to each other with such love and devotion.  I couldn&#8217;t be happier for them!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_5581sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Alexa gave her bridesmaids all earrings, jewelry and custom embroidered (with their initials) shawls to wear on the wedding day.  Their a-symmetrical, tea length, dresses were custom made (Alexa&#8217;s design!) They looked so original and fantastic!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/bridesmaids-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_6156sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>They were a really great group of girls.  I had so much fun running around with them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_6240sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_5949sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I just love the way Charles looks at her.  It&#8217;s almost like he seeing her for the first time, everytime.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_5983sm1-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_6509sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The beautiful cake<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/cake-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_6295sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The send off:\u00a0 The groomsmen TP-ed Charles&#8217; jeep.\u00a0 It was classic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_6556ccrsm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_6553sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_6576sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/shannonleeimages.com\/inblog\/a&amp;c\/IMG_6583sm-l.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The reception was held in Alexa&#8217;s parent&#8217;s backyard.  Alexa wanted it here because she grew up in this house and had always dreamed of having a wedding there.
