my new toy!
After months of fighting with my dinosaur PC, listening to the whirring hard drive while editing photos for hours, and waiting ages for photos to load, I decided it was time to make the plunge and buy myself a new laptop.
After much debate I finally decided on the 15″ macbook pro. I ordered this little beauty online so that I could specialize it with a 500gb hard drive and other amenities I just had to have. Anxiously I awaited its arrival and when it finally was delivered it was like opening a Christmas present!

And friendly! It welcomed me in every language when I turned it on.
It amazes me how quickly I’m becoming a mac person. I’ve been a PC for many years so I expected a much more difficult transition, but I’m really in love with this new little machine. It’s already sped up my work flow tremendously after only one week. And no more loud vacuum cleaner sounding processor! I love it!
